De Chianti Colli Senesi "Al Canapo" van Bindi Sergardi is een rode wijn van 100% Sangiovese die zich presenteert met een levendig robijnrood. It faithfully represents a traditional expression of the Tuscan territory, crafted by the winery to be enjoyed in youth, enhancing the juiciness and the ample fragrant and fruity aromatic characteristics of the Sangiovese grapes that compose it entirely. A label that exudes apparent gustatory simplicity, but which, from its slightly complex and elegantly linear organoleptic analysis, impresses with clarity of aromas and tireless drinkability, also thanks to its vibrant freshness.
Al Canapo Chianti Colli Senesi is crafted by the Bindi Sergardi winery with wisdom and tradition: it is born from pure Sangiovese grapes obtained from vines grown in soils with a wide structural skeleton, where the peculiarity of the soil lies in the presence of rock from the Montagnola, with significant parts of clay, silt, and sand. The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks where they undergo alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, to enhance the floral and fruity notes. The fermented must then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for a few months before being bottled and marketed.
The Bindi Sergardi Chianti Al Canapo presents itself in the glasses with an elegant ruby red dress, which reveals an attractive luminous transparency. The aromatic bouquet it expresses to the nose is composed of intense notes of fresh fruit such as cherries and wild strawberries, with floral details of violets and a slight hint of fresh citrus.
